Team Description Paper/Innovations of the team

Sorry, our team descriotion paper for this year is still under construction.
We will update this page as soon as we have something new.
We use four VolksBot Indoors with omnidirectional vision camera systems and pneumatic kicking devices from the Fraunhofer IAIS, Germany.
This project is part of an image processing course at the Physics and Material Science Department and is expected to involve more students from the Department of Electronic Engineering and the Department of Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Management.


Results and awards obtained by the team in the last 3 years

Nothing (except a last place last year. We had lots of technical problems).

Contributions of the team to the RoboCup MSL community

Mark Wenig participated at the RoboCup MSL tournaments in Stockholm, 1999, and Melbourne, 2000, as a team member of the Agilo RoboCuppers and in both years he refereed several games and took part in the team leader meetings and rule discussions.

Robin Bradbeer organized other robotic competitions, like in 1990 the Hong Kong Micromouse Contest, 1991 Micromouse World Championships, 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1995 Hong Kong Micromouse Contest, as well as the 1992 World Robot Ping Pong Championships.
She also hosted the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Hong Kong Underwater Robot Challenge.

Bing Luk has been involved in the ROBOCON Hong Kong Competitions for many years.
